These terms and conditions also apply to makeup services provided by SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN to you (client). Using this website (www.santorinimakeupartist.com) and booking with us signifies that you agree to our terms and conditions.

 

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN has the right to remove/vary these Terms at any time without notice. It is the clients responsibility to be aware of any changes made to these Terms and by continuing to use and visit the website (www.santorinimakeupartist.com) the client agrees to be governed & bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY

In order to provide better service to our valued customers, SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN may request personal details such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address. If you choose to withhold requested personal information, SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN may not be able to provide you with the customer service you require should that depend on the collection of that information, particularly if the collection of that information is required by law.

 

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN will not sell or disclose the clients personal information/details to any third party without the clients consent. Exceptions are applicable in the purpose of purchase/deposit/delivery or if necessary to comply with laws, investigations or legal proceedings.

PROPERTY

All content made available to the client via the SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN website (www.santorinimakeupartist.com) is property of KATIEANN.

 

The client can only view the images accessible on the SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN for personal use only and may NOT be altered in anyway. These images may ONLY be used for reference with a desired look the client is after. 

 

The client is not permitted to alter or re-produce the images on the SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN Website in any manner without permission from SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN. The client may not remove any trademarks made by SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN on any images, campaigns or marketing materials.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

​

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN accepts Cash, Mastercard, Visa and Direct Deposit. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Invoices are sent to your desired email address once booking is confirmed via an email.

 

For transaction security for debit and credit card payments, KATIEANN uses 'Square'.

DEPOSITS

 

All bridal or group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit is non refundable. Once your deposit has been processed, a second invoice will be sent with your remaining balance owing. All monies must be paid in full upon completion of any service/product purchase.

 

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time. Fees which have charged as deposits will be refunded if the booking is cancelled by SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN.

TRAVEL CHARGES

​

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN will confirm your total travel cost when confirming your booking! 

Where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any parking fees. Eg. Hotel parking.

PRICE LIST

​

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN has the right to change any price at any time without notice to the client, unless the client has placed an order at a stipulated price (then the alteration in price is not applicable). When booking any service with SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN, the customer agrees to these prices.

PHOTOGRAPHS

​

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes.

COVID-19

​

SANTORINI MAKEUP ARTIST / KATIEANN reserves the right to cancel a booking should travel outside the home country be restricted due to Government Regulations and Terms. KATIEANN reserves the right to charge a administration fee to cover any administration costs associated with planning leading up to the Clients wedding. The remaining fees will be refunded on a case by case scenario. Should the client wish to cancel their wedding, the fees shall be discussed prior to cancellation. Please note, these terms are bound by force majeure.
